The Regroupement des Sociétés de développement commercial du Québec (RSDCQ) is
an organization that represents and supports the interests of various Sociétés
de développement commercial (SDC) across Quebec. The RSDCQ represents more than
50 SDCs established in 25 municipalities across 13 administrative regions of
Quebec. These SDCs collectively represent over 20,000 businesses. The members of
these SDCs invest approximately $25 million annually in private capital to
